Default Water butts on offer at Aldi 5th March

Just a quick heads-up for anyone thinking they ought to get a water butt for
the next dry summer. Aldi have them as part of Thursday's specials.
210 Litre butt , plus stand, plus diverter for £27.99.

No idea how good they are, but mostly their specials are OK.

They are also doing a recycled-plastic compost bin for £24.99

Compost bins can be had for £20 inc del. from recyclenow
http://www.recyclenow.com/home_composting/
Put your post code in to see you can obtain one at discount price
Smaller version is cheaper.
There are slot together recycled units but they are more expensive/
Will be interesting to know what type they are at aldi.

For my postcode the round 220litre bin is £4 and the round 330litre bin
is £8 (including delivery).

The price depends on your local council subsidising the cost (in the
hope you will put less rubbish out).

There are slot together recycled units but they are more expensive/

£40 to £90

I've used this site previously and the bins were delivered within a
couple of days of being ordered.

Will be interesting to know what type they are at aldi.

320 litre @ £25

That's cheap for a water butt, cheapest on E-Bay is £56.

It's a very good price because it includes the stand and water
diverter for the downpipe. Some of the web suppliers advertise very
cheap prices but they are for the butt only and they charge a lot more
for the accessories.

Well the large one is nearly 100 pounds and you can buy a Joanna for not
much more and that has a special plastic base with holes that's rat
proof PLUS a woolly winter jacket thing to put round the whole bin. It's
been brilliant so far, no rats inside at all.
