Default OT Bird flu

Has been found at Abbtosbury swannery in Dorset which is about 600 years
old. It's not entirely OT because many people visit Abbotsbury gardens and
go on to the swannery but as yet there's no indication what is going to
happen.

Poole Freecycle tonight has a request from a rescue centre for cages so
birds can be brought inside. And according to the beeb tonight there's a
10km monitoring zone and a 3km control zone round the swannery.
