tomato trouble, need help!

My tomatoes keep falling off the trusses before they are ripe and they seem soft on the top where they join the plant and they seem a little greyish on the top too. I thought of tomato blight but it doesnt seem to fit.

any ideas?

all advice most certainly welcome
