This is getting VERY tiresome Mike.
As you are clearly having trouble understanding the Charter,
I have pasted the extract again, with the relevant parts highlighted.
Which part of these do you not understand?

The Charter says:
"Advertising is not welcome, with the following exceptions:

######
## Suppliers of UK-relevant gardening equipment,
## services or plant material
######

may post a pointer to their website or invitation to request a catalogue.
This
may not exceed four lines. This may be posted no more often than once every
three months.

######
## The subject line should begin "AD" or "ADVERT".
######

Participants in discussions may include references to their garden-related
business in their .sig (max. four lines)."

Extremely kind regards

RG

What part of "OT" do you not understand?

Have words with Andy Mabbett if you don't want to make a fool of yourself.
He lost, just as you will. ;-))

As a pointer and to save you the same trauma Mabbett went through, look at
what is in my signature :-))))

Kindest possible regards.

Hi Bob. I 'met' Andy here many years ago. He was OK. Shame about some

This is getting VERY tiresome Mike.

Which is why he does it. He is desperately seeking attention,
and YOU are giving it to him!

Also, if you are complaining about the advertising contained
within his sig. you should at the very least snip the sig in your
reply - unless your are conniving with him!

You must be the only person here who hasn't stuck him
in your killfile! You're not in business with him, are you?

I have killfiled Mike too, but he is a bully and I'm glad someone has
stood up to him.

What, you think putting OT in the subject allows you to disregard the

You watch 'The Chosen Few' or 'The Clique' when they want to post something
OFF TOPIC :-))

(Or does sticking to the charter only apply to outsiders of The Few and The
Clique'?)

""One rule for me because I was a Gardener with Adam, and one for you
because you are a Newbie""
