fruit trees
"Kath" wrote in message Thank you for your ideas. Is deer fencing too pricey to contemplate? Kath It has to be very high, 11 vertical wires minimum IIRC so it would be expensive unless the area your fruit trees are in isn't very big. Have you thought about an electric fence? It would be cheaper but check with the manufacturers whether it works for deer. It might not, they could just sail over it I suppose, but if they touch it once to see what it is they are unlikely to go near it again. Just an idea. Tina |
