No, he will do that in other gardens, so we have to put up with the filth.

I can legally kill a mouse or rat, but sadly not a cat.(for now)

I can trap them and call the RSPCA. If the cat has no chip to show it's
address the cat is NOT going back to it's owner. It will be re-homed.
At the moment if a cat HAS a chip it will be returned to it's owner.

How disappointing!

Earwigo again, these threads certainly bring 'em out.
Well actually this thread says Mousetraps, nowt to do with cats except as
useful mouse and rat catchers.
It does tell me though who I want nothing to do with.
