Default OT, slightly: Trevor Bannister passes

Sadly, not ever again. Or perhaps freer than ever.
The obituary says he was working on his allotment when felled by a heart
attack. Not the worst way to go.

We were just watching one of the later series of "Last of the Summer Wine"
that included him.
