I hope Sacha has had enough rain this time, in the last couple of days
we have had just over an inch, and there is more forecast for tomorrow,
then please can we have some dry and sunny weather/

We've had quite a nice dollop of rain last night and early this
morning. There are still clouds about but the sun is trying to come
out and it's warm, a bit humid, in fact.

Send some our way, please!

Our garden needs more rain.

We've not had any. It really is dry as dry. Been lugging water around
but quite large maples are now suffering.

Dry as 007's martini!

I've pumped the well dry three times now to water the veg garden. The
well is struggling more and more to recover each time. Few spots of rain
this morning while harvesting potatoes, other than that nothing. If I
hadn't watered the veg they would all be long dead by now. Excellent
crop of Daisy potatoes though (down to the watering) and lots of sun.

Damp here on the Isle of Wight and the wind dries it almost straight away.

As the clouds that brought the rain cane from your general direction you
should have grabbed them when you had the chance.
Sorry

Radar has some coming your way:

Maybe we'll get a little here too, although meteofrance has it going
north of us.

Honestly, though I've been complaining about the dry -- and we got only a
couple of drops today -- the weather has been absolutely gorgeous for
weeks it seems, every day 22-25 and sunny. Lovely really!

It is lovely to see some real sun on a fairly regular basis, isn't it?
It was so dull for a few days and felt damp and a bit blech but today
has more than earned its stripes! Lovely!
