Question rhododendrone yellowing

Hi everone, ive notited that my rhododendrone leafs are going sort of greenish yellow, do i now sprinkel a hand full of sulphate of iron over the soil? other than this the rhododendrone seem fine, they are all in very large pots, ive been out to check there ph and it is reading around 7.Thank you all for reading.
