Odd stuff in soil
While doing some weeding just now (to get rid of that blinkin' awful
oxalis!!) I found a clump of what looked like eggs of some sort under the soil and not knowing what they were I wonder if anyone knows? They were white, almost transparent, about the size of a peppercorn and in a clump of about 50 or so. We do get a frog in the garden - any connection? |

You are unlikely to succeed unless you use glyphosate. We failed for 20 years till we used roundup. Thanks for the advice folks, next time I come across the eggs I'll throw them away. As for the oxalis..... any ideas how best to get rid of it apart from digging up by their stubborn little roots? |

Every minute little piece you leave behind when weeding mechanically will thrive just to annoy you next season. [Franz Heymann] |
