That's a very efficient way of breeding a resistant population of the
little blighters.

As the manufacturers of the vine weevil 'poison' suggest that one feed of any
plant treated with their product will be the weevil's 'last feed', maybe you
could explain your comment?

There is a new Nematode out for our little friends which works down to 50F
and so should be much better.
Also some may find the following of interest.
