Default legislation on high hedges

will it cover all types of trees apart from leylandi ?
and what if the roots are damaging a neighbours drains ?
say if the trees are planted over the buried drains .?
or damaging foundations due to being planted too close to a neighbours
buildings ?
you could have a hedge comprised of a variety of high plants for
instance.
