Default Onion seedlings

Hello
A month ago I seeded some Red Baron seed into a cold glass house border.

They have come bounding through and now seem to have slowed down.

Questions, will they make true onions or will they be usefull for spring
onions.

They will certainly be useful for spring onions. The problem is they may
bolt and flower, not produce a useful bulb. However, keep a watchful eye
out and any that show signs of flowering, pick and use early.
