I buy all my books from charity and secondhand book shops, cheaper than buying magazines You are not the only one :-) They pester you for ages once they've got your address though - Amazon are doing it for £21, which is alright (compared to the £50+ computers books often go for, even £30 doesn't seem too bad!). Spend over £25 and you get free P&P, so all I need now is the title of a good book covering trees - any suggestions? I like Mitchell (Field Guide to the Trees of Britain and Northern Europe). Thanks. Quite an old publication I note.. good price for a hardback though.. mgiht give that a try. Bigus |
