Default Rose bush

Good evening,

When is the best time of the year to move a rose bush, and what preparation
to soil has to take place?

Cheers,

Andrew

The best time is in the autumn and you should have a position dug with
bonemeal added to encourage root growth. The transplanted bush must have the
roots firmed down well and plenty of water

I totally agree with Andrew, but I needed to move a few small rose bushes last
weekend.........Taking up as much rootball as possible and watering copiously
has worked and they are all looking good :~)
