Default Cultivating using lawn tractor.

I have a Countax lawn tractor and am trying to find a cultivator that I can
pull with it. If anybody has any ideas they would be appreciated

Countax can only pull a tiny weight, like the grass collector and
little toy log trailer they used to sell. It couldn't pull the weight
and resistance of an operating set of harrows, and there isn't a PTO
suitable for a powered cultivator. (The powered grass-sweeper isn't
doing anything like such heavy work as a cultivator) .Quite apart from
anything else, driving over broken ground would wreck the low cutting
deck and pulleys, and any sudden obstruction to the cultivator would
risk flipping the tractor (and driver) over backwards

They call it a lawn tractor but its not a tractor in any real sense,
just a big red sit-on lawn mower.IMHO you'd be daft to risk burning out
an expensive engine and gear system trying to make a very good mower do
something it's simply not designed for.

Janet. (ex-Countax owner).
