This is one reason I like Osmocote or similar products. Osmocote is
temperature sensitive. It releases more fertilizer the hotter it gets. Three month
Osmocote becomes one month Osmocote in the Florida summer.
I always put in an appropriately sized scoop of Osmocote when I repot.
