Like lettuce, garlic and peas?

Or tomatoes?

Thanks, I have never seen it bolt, but will hold off on
planting it outside until the end of May.

The problem is early cold weather causing the young plants to bolt to

seed. The plants are set out at tomato time but can stand considerable

fall
frost.
