Default particles in the water

Hi.

I am posting to this group since this group appears pretty active.

I am trying to get all the particulate matter removed from my water. My 75G
is not crystal like it used to be. Ever since I took out some bunch plants
and stirred the gravel a little (I have Florite.), I am having trouble
getting my water clear again. I have an Eheim 2028 Pro running on this tank
with 2 bays filled with the ceramic cyclinders and the other with the rock
substrate medium. There are also the sponge layers in this filter. In
addition, I have hooked up my Mangum 350 with the Micro cartridge to help
clear the water. It has helped a lot, but I just can't seem to completely
clear it of this crap. My scheduled water change was done several days ago.
I hoped that would help, but since I mainly vacumed the gravel this time, it
did not. I changed just under 50%. Any advice/thoughts would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
Jesse

How long on average should you let a micron filter run?

Thanks,
Jesse
