Default Emerald Ash Borer: Will the cold kill it?

I can't find anything on the net regarding the Emerald Ash Borer and

Will this cold spell over the Michigan and Ontario kill the EAB?

Has anyone done studies to see how much cold these buggers can
tolerate?

Insects are pretty cold tolerant in general, they are low moisture and
flood their tissues with dissolved sugars and the like (antifreeze).

I bet a good search or USDA or .edu sites has the info
