Default double Jackmanni - help! :-)

I live in NJ - can someone please tell me where I might be able to
purchase a double white jackmanni. One of my former co-workers had
one which she said was absolutely beautiful and I have been looking
for quite some time as to where I might be able to purchase one.
Thank you for your time!

There is a C. jackmanii 'Alba' that will often throw double flowers in
its first bloom flush. Most good clematis mail order sources should
offer it - not all that uncommon. Very vigorous, very easy to grow.

Aaah. Learn something new all the time. Not seeing
any clematis around these parts though.

I have neve used any google groups before so I hope I am doing this
right. Thanks for all your input. My co-worker referred to the
clematis as a "double jackmani" - she said the white blooms are about
8 to 10" big...some even bigger. I'll research "Alba" and see what I
find. Thanks all! If you have any other input, pls let me know.

My former co-worker referred to it as a double jackmanni - she may
have been wrong. She said it gets white flowers that are 8 to 12"
big. Does anyone know what this may be - she said it was a clematis.
I want to put together a white garden and she said it was spectacular.
Unfortunately she has now sold the house and move out of state...

Try
http://www.clematisnursery.com/
Buy the large plants if you can afford them. They are worth the extra $$.
