I have two bushes I need identified. The first one is about 4 feet tall and
woody and has pink trumpet/star shaped flowers:

Shrub two appears to be Potentilla fruticosa, aka Shrubby Cinquefoil or
Potentilla.

#1 is a Weigela. The scientific name is Weigela florida. Somebody may be able
to give you the specific cultivar.

#2 is shrubby cinquefoil. It is usually sold under the name Potentilla
fruticosa, but the correct name is Dasiphora floribunda.
