Default clarification of lycaste species

Does anyone know if there's a difference between Lycaste ciliata and
Lycaste fimbriata? I've seen both referenced online, and at times
they're even referenced as synonyms of one another. Does anyone know
whether or not the two names are interchangeable, or are these actually
two distinct species?

Default clarification of lycaste species

The Kew checklist has both as valid species (but moved from Lycaste to Ida).
