I've decided to fight, and not waste my computer time doing so- its
working. These are my Outlook Express tips. It took about a week to get
it trained with no added software. The address junk emails might get
your ISP's attention. I'd love to help them tweak their system- but they
aren't paying me, so no way

All service providers want you to report spam, so first enter your ISP
in your address book and for the mail address enter the spam reporting
address. ex, Adelphia's is

Never reply to be taken off the email list.
The block sender rarely works.
Let the spam build up in your deleted file so you have something to type
from. *In outlook express go to message rules/ then Mail. *Forget
about from line. Spammers change addresses regularly. I've just used
subject and message. Enter in what your finding in your emails. You can
enter more than one item and can come back later with new ones.
Spammers are getting smarter and smarter to this, so sometimes the
message is a picture ad so forget that. Go to the bottom and copy the "
if you don't want to get this ad" message. Since these are common words,
the phrase is what we are adding. so far I'm still getting the ones I
wanted to get.

Next step action: click *delete *AND *forward to people *by deleting it
still shows up in your delete file in case a good one is in there, and
forward to your ISP spam reporting address. Its take about a week to
adjust this, but my email is 95% cleaner.

When a new spam shows up, go back to tools again and enter the info.
click apply to make sure its working. finally you can click delete on
your delete files.

Enjoy the day!
