to help this i have a dedicated email only for the newsgroup,& have a anti
spam program called mailwasher(free).with this program you see what is at
the server before downloading through outlook!so you can delete,bounce or
blacklist the mail or auto delete.but i have found it doesnt auto delete
everything.also you can set up a friends list if you are in regular contact
with certain people you trust!i only get spam through the newsgroup now,my
other email addresses are kept clear.
i would advise anyone with problems like this to do this setup,my system is
no longer stacking up!
