Default rabbits transmit disease to trees?

I had several cherry small trees and several apricot small trees die on
me this
spring. They were in different places and the only thing in common as
far as
I know is that all of them were attacked by rabbits. They did not girdle
those
trees but they took out chunks of the cambium.

I am wondering if rabbits carry a contagion or vector of disease in
their
bite of trees.

Archimedes Plutonium,

of the electron-dot-cloud are galaxies
