Somehow a person or trol using hipcrime or a remailer is just cause to
not trust. They only have a resaon to use those devices as they have
something to hide or are ashamed about. I have been accused of usuing
hipcrime but no one has syet to be able to show bona fide proof. Just
a simple statement sent folks here into a tizzy all lead by non other
than the usenets biggest abuser of forgeries and remailers and use of
hipcrime but Carol aka Koi lo herself.....So Cyberiade.it Anonymous
Remailer for all I care is Carol Gulley..Same for the others remailers
= Carol Gulley aka Koi Lo. Same for all with munged email addresses.
Disposable email addys are just to easy to get, and there is not a
reaosn not to use one if it helps folks to apply a bit more trust in
the poster if they do have somewhat of an email address to send to
that does not bounce like lid.

Yea yea yea, you all say it adds to the piiunt that the emails are
harvested anbd used to spam you....with all that was threatened here
just how many hjad their email trashed or spammed...........odds are
none.......unless Carol had her hand in it and tried to make it look
like someone else did it.......No one saiys yu have to reply if
someone sends an email to yur box, and filters for usch are easily to
do even with hotmail accounts.....surely this wanna be moderated forum
is gonna have a requirement for a real bona fide email addy......but I
doubt it, as it would leave carol and her sock soldiers and cult
memebers out in the cold.

Ponders,

I must say, I had an interesting conversation with George. I did promise
I would not publish the details of our conversation or the RFD. I can,
however say he has good intentions as well as good and bad ideas. What I
did ask him was to post these ideas so all can see in what direction RPM
will take.

Waiting for an RFD on NGP IMHO, would be detrimental. It would be an
extremely controlled and moderated discussion; In the end result would
solely benefit a few.

Here is a question. What is the root cause of rec.ponds current dilemma?

Trust me its as real as an email address can be, and it gets replies
sent from it to those that bother to send email to it. I do not have
anything to hide....Afterall its disposable.....but Idon't treat them
like that anyhow. With all the bickering and fighting you stil never
see anyone asking a trollfor their email addy much do you. I have been
asked two maybe three times for my email addy on usenet over the many
years I have been onit, and it never lead to problems. Its those idots
who shall remain unmentioned that like to stir up the pot and flood
peoples mailboxes thinking they are actually accomplishing something.

But even that has its benefits as if they are busy flooding mailboxes
its less time they have to play on the internet.

The only reason I can see for remailers, untraceable emails, fake

BTW I haven't checked if Tristan's email addy is real....

I am sorry but there is nort sufficient bandwidth or server space to
post all nyms yu have gone through carol. If the fact ius somnoene
used your emails in aporn group you should have reported them and if
it was true, I am sure the ISP wold have remidied the situation, but
evidently its yet another lie and has no basis to it and just more
meanerings by you and false accusations. Bet you a dollar it was your
hubby that got that email addy in the porn groups...wanna bet?

You have everyting in this world to fear carol with using a real
address of any kind...YOu just have a keen habit of ****ing fooks of
with yur me to crap and your never ending rants with troll alert,
troll alert, there are more than two koi los in this groups, you sound
like a freaking parrot....or a stuck record.

Some of us can't show our legitimate e-mail addresses for the simple reason
the trolls use it to impersonate us on sex and freak and kook groups. I
have the proof one did this to me before I started to hide my real address.
Look what was done with Ed Alston's (Cuttysark) e-mail address as an
example. Several people on this NG have my legitimate e-mail address.

A valid e-mail address can be sent to all the moderators with the idea they
keep it PRIVATE and not share it anyone but another moderator. Gill, Jan,
ED and Derek have my legitimate e-mail address.

Only with non-trolls. There's nothing to stop those on a "mission" or a
troll grabbing it and using it as they've done before.

I do much the same thing, my posting host is not earthlink, but that is my
reply to address. I can't say "never," but I've only had one problem over
the years. It just hasn't been that big a deal.

Munged perhaps but it does not take a computer savy individual to
figure out there is indeed a real email address there. Unlike others
like invalid.invalid.invalid or etc etc. I understanbd
fully why addresses are munged which is not the same as a totally fake
address or those that use anothers in the pretense of evading
discovery or retribution by those they disrupt. No one says it has
to be the persons isp email addy........just a bonba fide email where
they can be reached at., Its not every email program that
automatically posts street addresses and photos so what does it
matter, and at the same time it provides the opportunity to take a
offensive argument off line and out of the groups...unless of course a
person thrives on the attention and disruption.

Well this entirely true....I don't like to pretend I'm someone I'm
not....I hope that you will continue to have these sentiments as it goes a
long way to resolving the issues seen on rec.ponds and will certainly be
positive on any moderated group....
