Default Chinese Artichoke

Anybody tried these yet.

Are they flavoursome?

Are they easy to grow?

I am told the tubers spread over the plot.

Yes to all of the above :-)

Well, actually, they don't taste of much but have a very nice crunch.
My wife describes them as vegetable maggots, which sums up their
shape nicely. They are also painfully small.
