Default water butts

Hello,

I would like to buy some water butts. Where is the best (cheapest?)
place to get them? Is the water company the cheapest? They seem to
sell them for about £35. I think in B&Q and such places it is £24 for
the butt, £10 for the stand, and the diverter is on top of that, so I
guess the water company is £10 cheaper but obviously there is a big
wait.

Thanks.

We have got ours from all sorts of places over the years and now have 8. 5
along the back of the garage coupled together, 2 at the side of the house
with an overflow from one to other and 1 not in use yet but will go under
the massive verandah I am in the middle of building across the back of the
house :-))............ only rain has stopped play!!!

WARNING. If you intend to couple 2 or more together, make sure they are
stright sided and that the butts can fit 'face to face' at the coupler.
(Overflow from with hose from one to another no ploblem) Many water butts
had ribs or very slopy sides ;-((
