Hi

I would like to plant some budleja's (think that is how the plant is spelt).
When would be the best time. I see thay are fast growing but any idea of
the rate. The wyevale nursery fairly near me has some for sale now, was
wondering wether to buy now and put in or if not are they in the nurserys to
buy in spring.

Now is good. The soil is warm and they'll get their feet down and be off to
a good start in the spring. But speaking generally, container grown plants
can be planted at any time of the year - not much point in a cold, frozen,
sodden winter, though. As to rate of growth, plant and stand back!
