Why pick out him?

Because he looks up to this man and does not wish to feel inferior.
Mike is the scum of the earth and he assumes everyone else is his equal.

You've twisted that a little, I am equal to all superior to none :-)) If I
am talking to scum, I will be equal to scum so I don't make them inferior,
when I am talking with Royalty, I am Royalty in order that I do not make
them feel superior and if you have spoken with them, you will know they
never talk down to you :-))

It would appear you, along with a few others, have a LOT to learn :-)

Stick around :-))

Mike
