Default River cottage Dandelion recipe?

Hi

Did anyone see the River Cottage programme last week, the one in which Hugh
Fearnley-Whittingstall makes dandelion & burdock beer? Can you remember how
much of each root (it just looked like a small handful) and whether he used
anything else apart from sugar and yeast? The other recipes are on the
website, but can't find that one.

Thanks ,

Duncan

Kindly submit a "drinkability" report here in a couple of weeks.
Perhaps it could be the start of a new "group" craze like what we used to
have at school !

Sorry if someone has said this before but isn't this what Americans call
root beer?

Yes I saw the programme and HFW did say it was the original root beer.
