I saw that and thought it worrying considering what some fungi can do to
you. Also of concern is that these are obviously wild picked so new to
science and probably endangered already.

My subject line is misleading because it was just a joke. Apparently,
these were found in packets from a specialist Chinese food shop.
Whether that means they know they're safe to eat and not endangered is
another matter, of course.
