When can you go out and cut the grass?

I spent years trying to get moss to grow on the rocks but failed. Steve Moss is fussy IME but thrives in that section of your lawn that doesn't get enough sun. Need to live with it or remove whatever is casting the shadow, next door's fence in my case :-) |
