Default Rockery raw materials

I am constructing a rockery. I have removed ten inches of topsoil and
I have lots of raw materials to use to build the height with. One of
these materials is concrete from an old greenhouse foundation.

I have heard that concrete can contain lime and I need to know if
using this material will compromise the PH balance of the soil.

Any ideas anyone?

TIA
Barney
