Recommendations please
for a tree that produces particularly JUICY apples
suitable for pressing

Dunno about particularly juicy, but I've found that if you freeze and
then thaw the apples, they are soft enough to press easily without
affecting the taste.

I have a press (about 20 liters full)
and would like to press normal juice - not cider.
