New subscriber and a geranium question

Feeding? I think I answered that by g9iving you my experience in an unheated porch. And since I live within 10 miles of you, I think it was probably as good an answer as you could reasonably expect. Um, I think it may also depends on what pelargoniums he is growing. Perhaps, but having taking the trouble to give an informative reply, it might have been nicer to get something other than the grumps ;-) -- Kay Easton Edward's earthworm page: http://www.scarboro.demon.co.uk/edward/index.htm |

New subscriber and a geranium question
Thanks for all responses, but i have not seen Kay's reply regarding an
unheated porch - if you could post again I would be grateful and let me know if this was with overwintering older plants or newly raised stocks from seedlings. Many thanks "Kay Easton" wrote in message ... Pot them on and either sell them or give them to a competent charity shop to sell. And the pelargoniums won't like the frost. And of course mine is a tough old plant, not a tender young seedling. They'll appreciate the extra light. But don't just put them straight out there - take several days of putting them out for longer periods and harden them off. Many thanks Go to Google, click on 'groups', type in uk.rec.gardening in the search box, then tick the 'search in uk.rec.gardening only' box and search on 'unheated porch Kay' and the first item gives the thread you are after - click to see all articles, and mine is the second. It's quicker to do than to explain! ;-) Oh, and yes, it was older plants. "Kay Easton" wrote in message ...
