No, No, and maybe. Bulldog have some clever tricks for citydwellers
to get a higher speed for the same price.

I used www.adslguide.org and chose freedom2surf. I am very impressed
with them. Thier customer service has real people, not mindless
droids like Tiscaly or Freeswerve.
