Default Curled leaves on oak

One of my younger oak trees has curled leaves, no other symptoms.

Can I post a photo?

One of our has half of every leaf brown and crinkled, the other half ok.

What does sudden oak death look like?

I'm afraid I'm not an expert and I don't mean to worry you, but a bit
like that. However, there are plenty of other things it could be as
well. Whereabouts in the country are you?

I was afraid it might - we're not far from where Surrey, Sussex, and
Kent meet... and we have lots of rhododendrons, which it might then

Do the RHS still do testing for members? Can anyone help?

Have you looked instide the curls? It could be aphids.

If you really think you might have S.O.D., I think you should contact
the Royal Horticultural Society.
