Hmmmm......Is it as environmentally friendly as they claim? It requires
recharging by mains electricity which in Australia is generated by burning
coal. In Victoria, the green house gas emissions from electricity
(generated from brown coal) are much greater than those from the transport
sector. Probably no better environmentally than a petrol mower and perhaps
worse. The environmentally superior alternative is a push mower or, better,
a native garden that needs neither cutting nor watering.
