Default Roses and rust problem

One rose bush in my yard has a severe case of rust. I've clipped all infected leaves and stems and sprayed it with a fungicide twice in the last week. It has some new growth already, but I'm not sure if this is a sign that the problem is over. I also treated the other roses in my yard with fungicide to prevent the rust from spreading.

Is there anything else I should do?

Thanks,
Sharon
