Default Leaky Liner?

Is it normal to loose some water like around 1/2" inch or so over a couple
of days? it has been dry here and partly sunny over the weekend. But this is
the first time i noticed it. Thanks..................

In dry conditions, it is quite normal to see a 1/2 - 1 inch loss in water
levels in garden ponds due to evaporation. If you loose a half a foot
overnight, I would suspect a leak.
