You'll need oxygen. Look around for a propane cutting torch. It
mixes oxygen and propane to make a flame for cutting steel in a
junkyard. It will probably make a flame underwater.

Here's why I love this group! I /have/ cutting torch hardware on hand,
just didn't think of it! Now to get some bottles of gas...
