Just because you haven't heard doesn't mean it doesn't happen


I follow several emerging disease mailing list that follow zoonoses very
carefully.


Note. zoonoses are not the same as diseases catchable from animals. IIRC, they
are specifically parasites ... or so I have seen the word used. Interested to
hear if your interpretation is different
