Unsubscribe then. No one will miss you.

And I hate to read a meaningless comment at the top of a post!

Then on urg you will receive fewer replies than you otherwise might, though
you might receive some. Many of *us* hate the illogic of top posting and do
not answer such posts. And most of us snip long threads. That has been the
custom of this group for years and I don't see too many people changing just
for you. Usually, it is considered polite to find out how a group conducts
itself before barging in and announcing your own preferences.

If you're joking, it's not funny.

If you're not, you're an evil sadistic ******* who ought to be locked
up.

It's also not funny that irresponsible cat owners do not control their
pets. Perhaps it's those who allow heir cats to roam and shit in other
peoples gardens who should be locked up.

I consider cats that stray on to my property to be vermin, and shoot
with a high-power air rifle on sight.

I have found this NG to be friendly and informative. But, occasionally
spoilt by unnecessary use of obscenities. So, I have decided, just for
myself you understand, that any user of such obscenities enjoys the comfort
of my kill file. Comments like that above are quite unnecessary and cruel.
