People ran some sort of e-mail campaign complaining about the way it was
impossible to read the credits and the pointless split screen at the end of the
programmes. On POV the BBC person responsible didn't agree with them
and nothing
changed. E-mail complaints to the BBC usually trigger standard replies which
are often irrelevant.


The amount of complaints must make a difference. One or two get nobody
anywhere but a steady stream or a concerted lump can hardly be
overlooked altogether. If they're sensible, they'll make sure that
they read this group and others like it from time to time. I fell
asleep during GW last night and Ray got so fed up he switched channels.
