BBQ'd zucchini
Yummers, just finished grubbing a pile of bbq'd zucchini. Slice
1/4" thick, brush on olive oil, place on BBQ and sprinkle with garlic salt. Food fit for a King & Queen for sure! |

Oh, man o' man ... sounds fantastic. I just got done with some peas in white sauce. Lots o' butter, freshly ground black pepper and peas rushed from the garden in a simple white sauce made with flour. MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm! Next on the menu: green fried tomatoes! Bill -- I do not post my address to news groups. |

Or, marinate the slices for 1 hour before grilling, in a marinade made of 1/4 c balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 2 T chopped parsley 1/4 t sugar Black pepper to taste Out of this world. Also, if your zucchinis are small to medium sized, slices easier to handle on the grill can be 4-inch-long _lengthwise_ slices. 1/4 inch thick is about right. |
