Wind? Gales but only twigs and dead stuff blown down, quite dangerous in the garden yesterday when all that stuff was airborne. The big Pinus radiata we braced last summer is still with us - we would have lost that for sure without the cables up there. Rod .........." We had had at least 3.5 inches in the last 3 days...I say at least as the top had blown off the rain guage. Luckly the wind is drying the ground quite fast, but torrential squalls are damping things down again..
