The same thing being diabetic and peeing on the neighbors lawn.

Nothing.

Just where in my post did I mention anything about diabetics urinating

on
lawns? I mentioned diabetics, and a number of other reasons one might

have
an urgent need to relieve themselves, in response to the accusation

that
the

Tsk Tsk Tsk such venom, must you always resort to obscenity and name

Stay on topic for once, ****y.

You should not be the one pretending to be "holier than thou", you
incontinent bed wetter.

Everybody knows you'd never make it to your neighbor's yard so you just do
it in your diaper.

And this question is coming from someone who calls themself GrampysGurl?

If we give you five dollars will you go back to playing with your dolls like
a good little girl?

BTW, stop hiking up your dress and peeing on your neighbors yard.

Correct. It's called civil trespass, wherein you allow or cause an
unwanted substance or object to enter your neighbor's property. It's
a great law for when you need to deal with such things as chemicals
carelessly sprayed by neighbors, or with the low-life owners of
unleashed dogs.

Which segues rather nicely into the "Neighbor's dog pees thru fence"
thread...

....and that segues nicely into just one thought: Along with "no stealing or
killing", "no drugs", and "no sex until fill in blank based on your
belief", parents should be teaching their kids that they should be
concerned with the harmony of their neighbors. Too many adults need to hear
this from the town justice, and even then, they don't get it. It's so much
easier to NOT do obnoxious things to your neighbors.

Even a diabetic can find a toilet.

What does having sex with animals have to do with urinating on a

neighbor's

Shepherd

I believe he means that you can find an excuse for ANY obnoxious,

antisocial
behavior. So, some people make it their hobby.

Hobby? Having sex with animals; peeing on someone's lawn. You sure have
strange ideas about hobbies.

Shepherd

After 20 years in the same home, I've found that certain people repeat their
obnoxious behaviors, regardless of how often they've been scolded by
neighbors, the police, or the town judge. That tells me their behavior is
intentionally meant to annoy, so I have cynically labeled these things as
hobbies.

Well, it *did* seem like the original poster was probing for a reason to
think it was OK to pee on his neighbor's lawn. The bottom line is that on
your neighbor's property, anything he/she deems annoying is, in fact,
annoying, and requires no outside interpretation.

This comes from the "castle concept" which is the basis for certain civil
statutes here and in Europe. It is most commonly invoked when a homeowner
has shot a burglar in his home, but is applicable to other private property
issues as well.
