Default Water Restrictions

What about "gray water"? Can you save the water from your washing
machine and/or bathtub and irrigate (carefully, to avoid contamination)
with that? Mulch heavily and set up some kind of makeshift gravity-fed
drip system. Tomatoes and peppers ought to love it.
